Hi, I’m Tesni. I provide warm, engaged therapy to couples, families, adults, and children 12 and up. Trained in couple and family therapy, I am also certified in anxiety, OCD, and ecotherapy. People who work with me seek both understanding and change. I believe change has a chance to take root when we give grace to imperfection, open up our thinking, and try something new. 

  My work with couples and families focuses on authentic communication, healing pain, and navigating conflicts and desires. This includes a process of truth and repair for past infidelity. I help individuals who want to move through anxiety, perfectionism, OCD and painful relationships with calm and confidence. My OCD therapy centers on Exposure and Response prevention, the only first-line treatment recommended by the International OCD Foundation.
