Welcome! As an inclusive therapist who understands today’s unique challenges, I help couples, families, and individuals (adults and teens) seeking contentment.

For repair or reconnection, I guide couples and families through a range of concerns, from communication issues and life transitions to trust breaches, differing desires, codependency, and more. For couples uncertain about their future, I provide non-judgmental brief therapy. Individual therapy with me helps clients grow through neurodivergence, chronic illness, loss, anxiety, and OCD, my deep specialty.

My warmly active and honest approach uses experiential and cognitive therapies for their emphasis on change in the here and now. Sessions are available online or outdoors along the St. Croix River.
