Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply trying to make sense of your experiences. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with your strengths. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan and appreciate the beauty and differences in these life stages. As a bilingual therapist providing services in both English and Spanish, I recognize the importance of honoring each person's cultural background, identity, and lived experiences throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves into therapy.
My approach is collaborative and individualized, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered. I integrate Person-Centered Therapy with evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, art-based interventions, and strengths-based practices. Together, we will build on your existing strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward goals that align with what matters most to you.
Relationships are at the heart of my work. I believe healing begins through connection, curiosity, and compassion, and I strive to build a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable bringing your whole self into the room. Whether we are helping a child express emotions through play, supporting an adolescent through identity development, or working with an adult navigating life's challenges, my goal is to foster hope, resilience, and meaningful growth while helping you reconnect with the strengths you already possess.
