As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota, I support individuals on their journey toward emotional wellness and personal growth. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). This allows me to offer innovative, evidence-based interventions for trauma and other mental health concerns. I work with adults, teens, and children as young as 10 years old.
I use various evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. I provide a compassionate and collaborative environment. With experience working with diverse populations, I strive to empower clients to overcome challenges and build resilience. My practice focuses on creating a safe space for self-exploration, healing, and lasting change.
